Produktbeschreibung
Das doppelseitige-Wärmeübertragungsband für Kühlkörper ist gefüllt mit hochleistungsfähigem-acrylischem Haftkleber-mit Keramikpartikelbeschichtung mit hoher Wärmeleitfähigkeit, die ohne das Substrat hergestellt wird. Zwischen dem elektronischen Gerät und dem Kühlkörper sollen effiziente Wärmeleitungspfade bereitgestellt werden, um elektronische Geräte und Heizkörper nicht mehr mechanisch zu befestigen und durch flüssiges Aushärten mit Klebstoff zu fixieren.

Double-sided heat sinks thermal interface transfer tape shelf life is 2 years from the date of manufacture when stored at room temperature conditions (72 degree F 22 degree and 50 percent RH) in the product's original packaging.
